Finding frequency in everything
You could say that the idea for AlchemyHz was inspired by a trip I took to Egypt. But looking beyond that, I know that it was actually from the many years I spent living with chronic pain. Additionally, I wanted to heal myself from the trauma and mental suffering I encountered during my childhood and young adult years.
My offering is that of an enlightening fun space for spirit minded people trying to live their best life while navigating pain, regardless of what form it takes. My method consists of three main medicines :

What is Alchemy?
Perhaps you’re familiar with the word alchemy if you’ve read The Alchemist. In the book the main character dreams of finding a treasure in Egypt. Interestingly, it was also a trip to Egypt that righted the compass of my life path and purpose.
The ancient definition of alchemy is to turn base metal into gold. So, in effect, when we talk about base metal we’re talking about ourselves. Alchemy consists of using whatever tools and methods that are available to you in order to convert something of lesser quality into a rich, robust nature. It doesn’t mean starting with something fancy or having the latest and best version of a thing. It’s literally using what you’ve got and what you know in order to become your best version.
What is Solfeggio Frequency?
It’s been said that these frequencies or “holy tones” existed prior to the common era. Some have even speculated that they were the main “tool” used to move and stack the 25 ton blocks of the Great Pyramids. It’s a far fetched idea but really puts a perspective on their perceived power.
There are 9 Solfeggio Frequencies, each believed to possess its own healing and spiritual implication for the human system. And naturally, they’re measured in hertz which is how often a sound wave can replicate itself in a second of time.
Supposedly, many studies on the Solfeggio effect have been performed over the past half century. Unfortunately many of these studies seem obscure or scantly reported across the web. This widely leaves room for skepticism by the masses, which is why I did my own year-long experiment in 2025.
Frequency is vibration, which is like the creator god of the entire Universe, the benefactor of all existence. Frequency can transform matter (let that sink in)… That being said, vibration is a key towards alchemy and transmutation. If you’ve made it this far congratulations, you’ve been somewhat initiated.
I’m here to offer the tools and insight which have helped me not only as an artist and spiritual practitioner, but as a self proclaimed badass. I have clawed through the trenches in order to see a new side of brightness, clarity and understanding.
